FATAL!!! las flores ya dando las últimas, muy abiertas ugh!! que coraje!! The attention was kind but I was following it up until it was delivered, the arrangement for which I paid did not correspond to the one delivered, the flowers were cheaper, and the design I chose from their Facebook page was not the one they delivered, what a pity because it seemed like a serious business ... areas for improvement: customer service, which includes approaching, providing alternatives and communicating in a timely manner any change regarding the order.
