★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a consulta de urgencia a mi esposa en la noche, la médico de guardia aún no llegaba y al atenderla nos comentó que no había personal para realizar un ultra sonido y que sería muy difícil conseguir ginecólogo y que no garantizaba que nos pudieran atender, nos recomendó ir mejor al "seguro", prácticamente no checo a mi esposa pero si fueron buenos para cobrar, sólo fui a desperdiciar dinero!
 I took my wife for an emergency consultation at night, the doctor on duty had not yet arrived and when she attended to her she told us that there were no personnel to perform an ultrasound and that it would be very difficult to find a gynecologist and that she did not guarantee that they could attend us. He recommended to go better to the "insurance", I practically did not check my wife but if they were good at collecting, I just went to waste money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, las recepcionistas y enfermeras se la pasan platicando y nadie se toma la molestia de informar al familiar lo que se le diagnosticó al paciente, pueden pasar horas y si uno no se acerca a cuestionar qué pasa no te dirán nada. Eso sí, para cobrar están al pie del cañón; aunque te hayan dado un desenfriolito la cuenta no será para nada económica.
Terrible service, the receptionists and nurses spend their time talking and nobody takes the trouble to inform the family member what the patient was diagnosed with, hours can go by and if one does not come close to questioning what is happening they will not tell you anything. Of course, to collect they are at the foot of the canyon; even if they have given you a desfriolito the account will not be economic at all.

La asistentes no están bien informadas.
Si tienen una emergencia mejor no pierdan tiempo en venir aquí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, fui a preguntar los costos de un parto y aparte de caro no me pudieron decir con qué tecnología cuenta el hospital las personas de recepción muy desagradables me dijeron que si quería saber con qué contaba el hospital lo checara con un médico. Gente con muy poca educación y falta de preparación, con lo que cobran deberían contratar gente preparada. NO lo recomiendo, no vayan a gastar su dinero en ese lugar.
Terrible service, I went to ask about the costs of a delivery and apart from being expensive they could not tell me what technology the hospital has, the very unpleasant reception people told me that if I wanted to know what the hospital had, I should check with a doctor. People with very little education and lack of preparation, with what they charge they should hire prepared people. I do NOT recommend it, do not spend your money in that place.

Lleve de urgencia a mi esposa que sufrió una fractura de muñeca y rápidamente la revisaron, sacaron las radiografías necesarias observando que tenía fractura múltiple de muñeca con desplazamiento de radio y cúbito por lo que fue necesario operarla ese mismo día para colocarle una placa. La atención del Orthopedista Dr. Soto, y su equipo ha sido muy buena. El cuarto que le asignaron a mi esposa muy limpio y confortable. Hospital muy recomendable!!!

Lo bueno que es urgencias, además no me sacaron radiografía por qué solo una persona externa les da el servicio y no sabían a qué hora llegaría para sacarme las placas .. pésimos en atención desde recepción .. Nada Recomendable ...
Terrible experience I went for a rollover in my car that I suffered and it took me two hours to attend. The good thing is that it is an emergency room, they also did not take an x-ray because only an external person gives them the service and they did not know what time I would arrive to take the plates... lousy in reception service... Nothing Recommended...
