★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, no le dan seguimiento a la paquetería, tienden a enviar amenazas por inbox, incluso personas que no tienen nada que ver en el asunto acaban amenazando, revisen los comentarios negativos en la opiniones, y la contestación inmediata por parte de ellos es decir que les afecta la "calificación negativa" ....
Por cierto, las calificaciones negativas se ganan igual que las positivas.
Terrible customer service, they do not follow the parcel, they tend to send threats by inbox, even people who have nothing to do with the matter end up threatening, check the negative comments in the opinions, and the immediate response from them that is, they are affected by the "negative rating" ....
By the way, negative ratings are earned just like positive ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, realicé un pedido en línea y cómo me urgía el material, antes de realizar el pedido pregunté a su wa si hoy podría pasar a recoger mi pedido, me confirmaron que sí, envié el folio de pedido como solicitan en su página y nada, simplemente dejaron de responder, afectando así mi día de trabajo. Muy mal.
