★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo compre desde el 2018 y prometieron un costo de mantenimiento de 1500 ya con todas las amenidades incluyendo casa club. Ahora que ya esta lista para abrir la alberca piden mucho más de cuota y los vecinos no estamos de acuerdo. Aparte quieren restringir horarios. Les quedo muy chica la casa club para todos los edificios que somos nunca planearon bien. Ahora no lo quieren abrir hasta que paguemos. TODO MAL LA ADMINISTRACION DE COSMOPOL.
I bought since 2018 and they promised a maintenance cost of 1500 already with all the amenities including clubhouse. Now that the pool is ready to open, they ask for a much higher fee and the neighbors do not agree. Besides they want to restrict schedules. The clubhouse is too small for all the buildings that we are, they never planned well. Now they don't want to open it until we pay. ALL WRONG THE ADMINISTRATION OF COSMOPOL.
