★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this hotel just overnight. Room was old, bed was way to hard, shower made weird loud noises, for a little more than a thousand pesos for this room quality I think is not fair. There's a big pool outside by the side of the beach, that was nice. Bar is expensive. Attention was barely good. Food was good, but a little expensive (I highly recommend to go outside and have better food four a lot less money). Location is great, a lot of restaurants and bars nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place!! The Spa is the worst! We were there for 5 days, our days were pretty much planned since time on vacation is golden, I hade made a reservation for a party of 6 at the Spa, once we arrive the receptionist said ,,,sorry but we have you down for tomorrow not today,,,really??? We leave tomorrow!! I was so angry how can they mess up our entire day??!! We didn't schedule a boat tour cuz we were getting a relaxing massage! I don't recommend the hotel or Spa,, poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a few MAJOR problems with the room, making it unacceptable.
The air-conditioner fan was like a jet engine. We contacted maintenance, they came to the room and were unable to turn the fan down. Unacceptable!
The door lock and or frame was all messed up. We were unable to engage EITHER deadbolt lock. Completely unacceptable!
The hotel was super noisy, with people yelling and screaming until well after Midnight.
They wanted to brand me with a wrist band in order to come/go from the hotel. If the security guard can't see your wrist band, he chases you down like a stray dog. Unacceptable!
This property needs a lot of work to be competitive in its' class of hotels. I would NEVER stay here again.

Rude service
Checking is 3-4 but they tell you it will be after 4
Outdated old furniture and appliances
No access to the beach due to the waves hit against the hotel so there’s no sand for you to walk
Stains everywhere furniture, walls and sealing.
Is not worth the money you pay go somewhere else I regret booking here if I could I would go somewhere else but I can’t due to the fact they make you pay the whole stay at checking if you check out early they won’t refund you. So you’re stuck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salon out front of the Costa De Oro did a very poor pedicure and manicure on my two Nieces nails. They did not allow the first coat to dry before putting on the second coat. Polish smudged after leaving salon.
Beware these are not professional manicurist. The two massages we also received were quoted one price and they ended up charging us15$ more than originally quoted us.
Do not go to this spa or salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible from food to rooms. Needs remodeling in abundance. Service is mid but I would never stay here again. Our family of 7 got food poisoning from the Hotel Restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location and friendly staff all around, nice beach area clean and comfortable area.
The only thing didn’t like was the beds and bathroom may need a remodeled.
Other than that and for the price, will return.
