The receptionists were caring and made everything possible for us to have a wonderful experience. They even recommend us some places to go eat at close by. Wifi is great and there are no rowdy people visiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked into Costa Madero at the very last minute (due to an issue with the place we were originally staying at), and the staff were most accommodating right from the start. Not only were we able to get a beautiful, clean room at a moment's notice, but all of our questions were easily answered, great recommendations were made for food, etc., and our entire week was as relaxing as we could have wanted. We would definitely stay here again.
