Please don't go to Costa Maya....this was such a horrible experience I am shocked Carnival has this pit on there itinerary People are rude when you don't buy from them and very pushy

Beware when booking an excursion here. I had a party of 8 people for their private dune buggy excursion. Keep in mind you have to pay cash the remaining balance when you arrive. This is probably too deter you from trying to get a refund from the bad experience. Anyway, When we got to the dune buggies, they were beat up and half ther paint was off of them. The guide's buggy wouldn't start, and didn't start the whole trip and my husband had to push his vehicle with our vehicle each time we stopped. My cousin's vehicle would not go into first or second gear just third. It caused a bumpy grinding ride the whole trip. Let's talk about the included food, what a joke. It was served from Tupperware in a shack looking small building with a car wash in the back. The place didn't have a kitchen so where did the food come from?..... All it had was a microwave and a bathroom. Very sketchy! When I contacted to talk about this and my concerns, no one got back to me until I disputed the deposit charges through my bank. Now they want to contact me.....

We are thinking about booking a booking another trip here already! We took a "fishing only" trip for about 2.5 hours and loved it. Most of this time was spent trolling with some bottom fishing. We did bring in one barracuda. We had fresh ceviche once back on land that was out of this world. Our guide was very friendly and worked hard to get fish in to boat.
