★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. I paid for a kayak lesson and tour for my daughter and I, I showed up at the right time next morning (8.30am) and they said the group was full and I couldn’t go. Nobody contacted me and just gave me the cash back with no explanation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an amazing experience, we enjoyed every moment of it. Definitely coming back! I would love to bring my children with us next time we visit Troncones, Mexico. They will love it. My wife and I took the kayaking tour and had Matteo as our guide. While kayaking we got to see the mountains on one side, the ocean on the other side surrounded by beautiful local trees, coconut trees, birds from different kinds, turtles, iguanas and a breathtaking sunset. Matteo is an amazing teacher, we learned from him about the local environment and culture. He made us not only fall in love with the beauty of the local nature, we fell in love with the beauty of his big heart. Thank you Matteo for the amazing day and for celebrating my birthday with us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went on the kayak tour. It was really fun! Javier told us a lot of the flora and fauna of the region. You get to see some iguanas and have a coconut water when you are done. They pick you up at your hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went on the cave tour with Javier. Hiking up a mountain in 80 plus degrees can be tough, but our guide was knew just when to rest. Very knowledgeable about flora and fauna in the area. Picked us up at our hotel and we were able to pay with a credit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed a very informative, calming, and enjoyable hike to the caves. You need to see it in person as the images do not do it justice.
Take good shoes as it can be slippery on the descent. The guided tour is also a must as you learn a great. any things about the caves, the eco system and history of Mexico. Gracias!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went on their hiking “tour” today, 6 clients with two guides, Omar and Matteo. A pleasant hike into the foothills north of Troncones, along a small stream. Lots of crossing back forth through the stream, which felt good in the heat. The guides were very knowledgeable about local flora and fauna, as well as local culture. We hiked to a nice swimming hole with a rock for jumping off, tasty and healthy snacks, plus water included. After we got back to the truck, we had a delicious lunch at a home in the small community farming in the area we hiked. I appreciate that they include locals in the tours in a positive way, rather than exploit them. A fun and informative experience!
