The worst shipping company I have ever used. They are rude pushy and the bus looked like it was going to disarm.
Any other trucking company is better than you are. If I could I would give them 0 zero stars !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super ... El personal de lo más amable mi autobús se retrasó y la señorita hizo todo lo posible porque llegará otro autobús lo más rápido posible.
Sin duda alguna volvería a viajar con esta marca y sin duda lo abordaría desde esta terminal.
Super ... The friendliest staff of my bus was delayed and the lady did everything possible because another bus will arrive as quickly as possible.
Without a doubt, I would travel with this brand again and I would definitely approach it from this terminal.

En cuanto al servicio, se entiende que por la emergencia sanitaria haya menos corridas que de lo normal, sin embargo te venden boletos de horarios que no existen, al final te terminan subiendo al autobús que vaya llegando, me pasó de ida y vuelta, ninguno de los dos autobuses salió en el horario establecido y no ví que realmente los sanitizaran cuando los pasajeros anteriores dejaban el transporte. Sería mejor que pusieran menos corridas pero con los horarios verdaderos.

As for the service, it is understood that due to the health emergency there are fewer runs than normal, however they sell you tickets for schedules that do not exist, in the end you end up getting on the bus that is arriving, it happened to me back and forth, none of the two buses left on the established schedule and I did not see that they were actually sanitized when the previous passengers left the transport. It would be better if they put less runs but with the true schedules.

I am sorry to say it but in this line there is not good service, they did not even have water for before traveling, do not say something to eat, what a pity but I will not travel through these lines again
