The Costaline line is one of the best transportation options to this city and Acapulco, the ticket office staff are very friendly, although certainly buying your tickets online is the best experience, very fast and secure in transactions, the room waiting room is spacious, always with empty benches in order to wait for the bus, traveling by Costaline, is a great experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una total desorganización para abordar los autobuses ante la sana distancia, las y los responsables de organización SON LOS PRIMEROS EN PONER EL DESORDEN...no están preparados para dar ese servicio. No todos los choferes de las unidades saben controlar el aire acondicionado (lo apagan todo el viaje ?? o bien lo dejan ?)
A total disorganization to board the buses due to the healthy distance, those responsible for the organization ARE THE FIRST TO PUT THE DISORDER... they are not prepared to provide that service. Not all drivers of the units know how to control the air conditioning (they turn it off the whole trip ?? or leave it ?)
