Comenzaré hablando por la compra del boleto, realice la compra del boleto mediante tarjeta bancaria, la señorita que me atendió fue muy amable, durante la compra algunos datos son extraídos de mi tarjeta como el número de tarjeta y el CVC y son computados en su sistema, datos que pueden ser usados de manera incorrecta.
Después al registrar mi equipaje el acomodador coloca las maletas en el bus y cierra con la frase con lo que guste cooperar para el servicio, Me parece parece de mal gusto solicitar propinas. Bueno le di 10 pesos a fin de que mi equipaje estuviera seguro.
Al abordar la unidad el autobús , el autobús a pesar de no ser nuevo, se encontraba limpio, el traslado fue bueno ya que la conducción de los choferes fue buena y me permitió dormir algunas horas así que disfrute del viaje, durante el viaje pusieron algunas películas, y junto a los asientos hay unos conectores para audífonos, así que trate de sintonizar el audio de la película y apesar de que se escuchaba no se entendía nada de la película, le pregunté a un chofer y me dijo que era común que no funcionaran ya varios estan averiados .
Compra con tarjeta- 0 estrellas, comprometen la seguridad de las tarjetas de los usuarios.
Conducción de la unidad- 5 estrellas. Choferes conducen con seguridad.
Sistema de entretenimiento. 2 estrellas
No se pueden escuchar bien las películas, solo se escuchaban las estaciones de música, por lo que deberían ser revisadas sus unidades para hacer de el traslado un viaje divertido.
En general un buen servicio, pero podría mejorar.
