★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención por parte de las damas que están en la taquilla, lo que sí es de señalar es de que las instalaciones están obsoletas, tanto la sala de espera, como el aparcamiento de los autobuses, el acceso para los mismos es bastante difícil y más aún la salida, aunado a que no hay seguridad ni restricción de personas ni vehículo particulares en el área de ascenso y descenso de pasajeros, los baños en total descuido, nada de modernidad y totalmente inseguro para trabajadores, choferes y usuarios

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me molestó el hecho de pagar menos de Acapulco-petatlán 380 pesos por dos boletos, q petatlán -acapulco, 490 pesos; los dos en viaje de primera, sólo por q en Petatlán te ofrecían un refresco el boleto fué 55 pesos más caro. Eso es ridículo y para colmo, ni siquiera estuvo frío el dichoso refresco. Eso es robar, sólo por q no hubo otro autobús en ese momento, la gente tiene q pagar por el transporte.
It bothered me the fact of paying less than Acapulco-petatlan 380 pesos for two tickets, q petatlán -acapulco, 490 pesos; both of them on a first-class trip, just because they offered you a drink in Petatlán, the ticket was 55 pesos more expensive.
