★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelentes productos, compro muy seguido, pero la sucursal de uptown en Queretaro, horrible el servicio las empleadas cierran una hora antes, y en horario normal cierran a cada rato para irse a dar la vuelta, con su recado de regreso en una hora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es pequeño pero con un surtido excelente, estos chocolates y dulces deberían ser conocidos en todo México, calidad, gran sabor y 100% hecho en México, superiores a las marcas "reconocidas".
En cuanto a atención, la sra no tiene tacto con los clientes pero en general creo que así es la atención Queretana.
Aún así volvería

Es muy importante contratar gente con buena actitud, por más bueno que sea su producto, su personal los`puede hacer quebrar.
