★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aun cuando es un almacén con supuestos estándares de calidad, servicio y atención al cliente, cada vez éste decae más y los empleados tienen una mala atención y actitud.
Pros:
Los alimentos parecen ser preparados al momento y se perciben frescos.
Contras:
La atención del personal es pésima y no tienen actitud de servicio.
No hay un orden para formarse al pedir los alimentos.
La persona encargada del área tiene una mala manera de tratar a sus subordinados.
A la gerencia parece no importarle las quejas que hay sobre el tema del servicio al cliente.
No tienen la adecuada señalización sobre las reglas de lo que está o no permitido en el área.
Observaciones:
Evitar ir si no quieres pasar por un disgusto.
Even though it is a warehouse with supposed standards of quality, service and attention to the client, each time it declines more and the employees have a bad attention and attitude.
Pros:
Food appears to be prepared on the spot and feels fresh.
Cons:
The attention of the staff is terrible and they do not have a service attitude.
There is no order to line up when ordering food.
The person in charge of the area has a bad way of treating his subordinates.
Management does not seem to care about complaints about customer service.
They do not have adequate signage about the rules of what is or is not allowed in the area.
Observations:
Avoid going if you don't want to go through an upset.
