Their tasting menu is incredible! Went for the 4 course one, it was so good I kind of regret we didnt have the 8 course. Started with an ensenada style fish taco, good start, then traditionally tortilla soup but with the chefs touch to it. The steak with local cultivated tumeric, goat cheese, woaw. And then the desert, smoked duo big suprise with the smoke cming out. Highly recommended, also check their wine list, all mexican wines, we had a wonderful Henri lurton. Didnt know mexico had such good wines.

This place was absolutely amazing. I had the opportunity to ask for the tasting menu and every single dish was spectacular. I literally wanted to lick the dishes haha. I highly recommend this place for a romantic evening, a nice family dinner or even business meetings. Congratulations to Costera 28; your service, food, and overall ambiance have made this one of my favorite places to dine. Thank you for the experience!

A beautiful ambience here. However we were a little disappointed with food alongside our expectations and the pricing of this up market joint. The veg lasagne was made of soy and no veg and the enchiladas were lacking that something special versus those you can buy at the local Mexican restaurants at a lower price. However, the service was excellent as was the lovely chef who apologised about the lasagne with 2 desserts on the house. Thank you. There was also tasty starter style taster specials of green leaf and kale with a mango dressing which were simply delightful.

Elevated lounge and bar with unforgettable food and drinks. Offering a tasting menu of 4 or 8 courses. Serving variety throughout their menu on a daily Basis, Costera 28 provides a bold taste in both drinks and food maximizing local organic greens and meats with fresh ingredients. Chef Carlo Meléndez, humbly delivers a well rounded pallet. If it is still on the menu, I recommend Lamb Carnitas from San Isidro de la Latina, this was superb! Tender but not greasy flavorful and not overwhelming with spices and excess. If this is on the revolving menu when you visit I recommend this dish. We had the Passion Mary (with St Germain), Pink Lady, and local craft beer, topped off the night with a Banana Honey Ice Cream and Espresso Martini (made right not syrupy). Another thing I truly appreciated was the owner, Maria, also served and met customers at their tables, and seemed to be a servant leader behind the hospitable service found here. Cheers to our server / Bartender, Adla, who was very friendly and professional and also our bartender who mixed every drink and crafted each remarkable libation.
