De aplaudirse papa francesa natural y aria de buen sabor solo que estos lo mejor es que sean cocinadas al momento. Una costillas estuvieron duritas otras resecas. Pero si rebasó mi expectativa. Solo que si vas por el título, buffet de costillas este solo aplica una hora, así que por aquellos que comen lento puede ser que no sea una opción, hamburguesas simples que podrían mejorar en el sabor de la carne, pues sino tiene todos los ingredientes extras, un buen sabor en ella puede rescatar, no tienen jitomate,lechuga y eso que hace llamar una hamburguesa, carne, cebolla y el pan, Hot- dog sencillo una salchicha y cebolla y el pan.
Así que si el tema son las costillas es una buena opción dependiendo del gusto de cada comensal respecto cuál sabe mejor, y para aquellos que ocupan el limón o la sal tampoco hay en la mesa, un plus de esos que agradeces es que te reciben con una entrada de papitas, y el buffet ya incluye agua del día.
Sin duda una propuesta que puede mejorar, pero hay detalles que le pueden mermar. Y tomando en cuenta que solo es una hora del servicio los meseros podrían no desaparecer tanto. Para que uno pueda disfrutar todo lo que ofrecen.
