★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas opciones de disfraces, algunos un poco viejos y desgastados, gran variedad, pero dan muy poco tiempo para devolver el disfraz, sobre todo si es fin de semana, a mi sólo me quisieron mostrar 3 disfraces, me dijeron que ese tercero era el último que me podían mostrar, precios accesibles u buena atención, pero facilitarían todo si tuvieran un catálogo digital con tallas, porque a mi nunca me lo quisieron mamdar por whatsapp

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se respetaron las medidas sanitarias por Covid 19 mientras estuve ahí, y no había un orden para una satisfactoria atención al cliente... Me dió la impresión de que les da igual si compras algo o no. Poca variedad o stock nulo en pelucas y maquillaje.

El disfraz te lo entregan el día de tu evento de 5 a 8 y lo piden que lo devuelvas el día siguiente a de 10 a 2, ESO NO ES UN DIA, y si lo ocupas temprano te lo dan un día antes de tu evento pero te cobran "medio día más". No contestan los mensajes y solo te dejan en visto, pedí fotos de un disfraz por UNA SEMANA y ni madres. Varía la calidad de los disfraces, te atienden con una jeta pésima. Cero recomendado.
Appalling. The costume is delivered to you the day of your event from 5 to 8 and they ask you to return it the next day from 10 to 2, THAT IS NOT A DAY, and if you occupy it early they give it to you one day before your event but They charge you "half a day more". They do not answer the messages and they only leave you in sight, I asked for photos of a costume for ONE WEEK and no mothers. The quality of the costumes varies, they treat you with a lousy face. Zero recommended.
