★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio pésimo no respetan el ancho del cuello se debe de respetar la.division de colorndel azul y blanco. Tampoco entregan abotonados los cuellos.
Si hicieran bien su trabajo se darían cuenta que cuando abotonan el cuello les marca la división en todo el cuello que debe respetar.
Pésimo trabajo.
Agreguen a eso que no aceptan AMEX.
Nada recomendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general, esta lavandería te funcionará hasta que algún día tu ropa regrese maltratada y "Costurita Hamburgo" priorice su negocio vs. a ti.
Varios puntos en contra de este negocio y su dueño:
- Si echan a perder tu ropa no se hacen responsables NUNCA. Esto me ha pasado ya varias veces hasta hoy que decido no volver más.
- Cuando entregas tu ropa anotan observaciones que les pides tomen en cuenta (e.g. no secar, cuidado con los botones, etc). Sin embargo, no las respetan y terminas con tu ropa peor de como la entregaste.
- Para rematar, cuando te quejas sobre su servicio el dueño te pide que contactes a la marca de ropa para quejarte con ellos en vez! Increíble.
- Una vez me entregaron un traje de vestir de otro cliente! Nunca me contactaron, yo tuve que ir a entregarlo para que se dieran cuenta. Seguramente al otro cliente le dijeron que no se hacían responsables de su traje.
- Un negocio que da buen servicio no necesita inflar su calificación de manera inorgánica. Costuritas Hamburgo da 25% de descuento a cambio de 5 estrellas, para cubrir las fallas constantes de su servicio.
- El dueño esta consciente de esta mala práctica y literalmente comentó "No es mi trabajo educar al cliente si cae en la trampa". Sin palabras...
Triste que haya negocios así en la Ciudad de México.
In general, this laundry will work for you until one day your clothes come back battered and "Costurita Hamburgo" prioritizes its business vs. to you.
Several points against this business and its owner:
- If they spoil your clothes they are NEVER responsible. This has happened to me several times until today that I decide not to return again.
- When you deliver your clothes, they write down observations that you ask them to take into account (e.g. do not dry, be careful with the buttons, etc). However, they don't respect them and you end up with your clothes worse than you delivered them.
- To top it off, when you complain about their service the owner asks you to contact the clothing brand to complain to them instead! Incredible.
- Once they gave me a dress suit from another client! They never contacted me, I had to go deliver it for them to find out. Surely the other customer was told that they were not responsible for his suit.
- A business that provides good service does not need to inflate its rating inorganically. Costuritas Hamburgo gives 25% discount in exchange for 5 stars, to cover the constant failures of its service.
- The owner is aware of this bad practice and literally commented "It is not my job to educate the customer if they fall into the trap". Speechless...
Sad that there are businesses like this in Mexico City.

Fui a mi prueba y estaba todo desecho el vestido, no se como pensaban q eso era una prueba, el día q me tenían q entregar obvio el vestido no había quedado, me dijeron que regresara en una semana, regrese a recogerla y en mi casa me di cuenta q no le habían hecho nada y tuve que regresar otra vez, para esto ya eran 3 semanas que no podían arreglar el vestido, cuando regreso me confirman q no le habían hecho nada de la prueba y les comento q esta todo chueco de la espalda y me dicen que pase el martes, llego el martes y me dicen q no hicieron nada y el q estaba que no sea si sea el encargado o dueño, me dijo q su costurera tenía COVID y que no tenía gente, yo eso lo entiendo, pero nada les cuesta avisar por teléfono y no hacerme dar mi vuelta, según el, me podían entregar hasta el sábado por q tenían q ir al centro a conseguir la tela, por cierto una persona bastante grosera y prepotente, mi sorpresa fue el q sábado q fui por el, seguía exactamente igual de chueco, pura pérdida de tiempo y de dinero, ya me traje así el vestido con un pésimo sabor de boca.
Terrible experience, save yourself problems and better take your clothes to another place to fix them
I went to my test and the dress was all undone, I don't know how they thought that was a test, the day they had to give me obviously the dress hadn't been left, they told me to come back in a week, come back and pick it up at my house I realized that they had not done anything to her and I had to return again, for this it was already 3 weeks that they could not fix the dress, when I return they confirm that they had not done anything to the test and I tell them that everything is crooked back and they tell me to come on Tuesday, I arrive on Tuesday and they tell me that they did nothing and the one who was there was not the manager or the owner, he told me that his seamstress had COVID and that he had no people, I I understand, but it is not difficult for them to notify me by phone and not make me turn around, according to him, they could deliver me until Saturday because they had to go to the center to get the fabric, by the way, a very rude and arrogant person, my surprise was the q Saturday I went for him, he was still exactly the same crooked, pure waste of time Or and money, I already brought the dress like that with a bad taste in my mouth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui cliente frecuente por 7 años pero el servicio ha decaído mucho en el último año. No vale la pena pagar para que te pierdan tu ropa, se nieguen a buscarla y cosan mal un botón 3 veces. Busquen otras opciones.
I was a frequent customer for 7 years but the service has dropped a lot in the last year. It is not worth paying to lose your clothes, refuse to look for them and sew a button wrong 3 times. Look for other options.

Adentro hay probadores con espejos dónde las chicas pueden apoyar, para que los arreglos de prendas queden a tu gusto, tienes derecho a algunas pruebas antes de la entrega final.
Costurita offers quality service and excellent care. My family has been obtaining their services for more than 10 years, their work and employees are trustworthy. Highly recommended. Inside there are changing rooms with mirrors where the girls can support, so that the garment arrangements are to your liking, you have the right to some tests before the final delivery.
