- Me hicieron un cubrebocas con la tela sobrante de las mangas

Excellent service. They have helped me with:

- They made me a face mask with the excess fabric from my sleeves

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Claro, me atendieron en WTC, una nefasta experiencia en la que destruyeron una prenda que lleve salida de tienda, con etiqueta. Y no se hicieron responsables a ningún nivel. Acudí al franquiciante que tampoco me dio respuesta, ni siquiera respondieron a mi mensaje para conocer más de la situación. Razón por la cual aunque lamentablemente los demás franquiciatarios no son culpables del incidente son parte de un negocio cuya base está A MI PUNTO DE VISTA comprometida. Como cliente al acudir a una franquicia (o a cualquier tipo de licencia) consideras que es un negocio con solidez y un respaldo que avala cierta calidad, que en mi lamentable experiencia "Costuritas" no tiene en absoluto. Esa es la razón por la que YO no solo no recomiendo a ningún derivado de "costuritas" peri activamente estaré compartiendo mi experiencia con conocidos y desconocidos, que sepan que si la franquicia a la que acuden simplemente decide no hacerse responsable de algo, no hay nada que hacer más que ir a PROFECO. Saludos.
Of course, they treated me at the WTC, a disastrous experience in which they destroyed a garment that had come out of the store, with a label. And they took no responsibility at any level. I went to the franchisor who did not give me an answer either, they did not even respond to my message to learn more about the situation. Reason why, although unfortunately the other franchisees are not to blame for the incident, they are part of a business whose base is, IN MY POINT OF VIEW, compromised. As a client when you go to a franchise (or any type of license) you consider that it is a solid business and a backing that guarantees a certain quality, which in my unfortunate experience "Costuritas" does not have at all. That is the reason why I not only do not recommend any derivative of "little seamstresses" but I will actively be sharing my experience with known and unknown, who know that if the franchise they go to simply decides not to take responsibility for something, there is no nothing to do but go to PROFECO. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sucursal Parque Lira son unos informales y aparte no hacen bien lo que se les pide, y dan pretextos internos como si eso me interesara. Si quedan formalmente y uno les pregunta pero si lo tendrán? Y dicen si CLARO, y despues resulta que no. Una vez fui y me hicieron ir y regresarme como tonta a mi casa.... y todavia uno tienen que revisar si hicieron su trabajo o no!! Ni vallan a esa sucursal y para colmo la de mostrador todo se le olvida da muchos tickets es NEFASTO y no necesitó que busque como estaba registrada saque toda la ropa y la mande a otro lugar por que a cada rato me cambiaban de precio y cambios de fecha como ya mencione arriba ya no necesito sus servicios NUNCA
