¿Servicio de modista?, vamos no exageren tienen un buen servicio de reparación y ajustes en las prendas y eso sólo con la,señora delgada de pelo corto y de la señora guerita que por cierto ya no la he visto y ahora hay una chica nueva y que no sabe nada del trabajo que ahí se desempeña es una persona incompetente, irresponsable y sobre todo desleal con la empresa, pues al no encontrar solución con mis prendas me mando con la competencia 7 CLEAN diciéndome que ahí también trabajan bien. Lástima y deberás lástima por sus compañeras.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y peor atención al cliente. Hacen las cosas mal y cuando uno reclama, el seguimiento es terrible y la actitud de respuestas también. Piden que uno enseñe el ticket de compra de la ropa que uno lleva a arreglar y ellos destrozan, para poder hacer el reembolso de sus servicios negligentes. Si uno no tiene el ticket de compra (que a veces es ropa de muchos años y uno ya no conserva el ticket de compra), entonces se rehúsan a pagar. No recomiendo el lugar en lo absoluto.

They ask you to show the purchase receipt of the clothes you take to be fixed and they destroy them, in order to reimburse you for their negligent services. A mi hija le dejaron muy mal un vestido que se va derechito a la basura y la respuesta del encargado es incluso peor que el trabajo que hicieron

Me lo despintaron (no capto como hicieron ese tipo de daño cuando se supone que le pondrían literal solo un broche, dijeron que se despintó con la plancha), literal) y rompieron. Pusieron mal el broche y lo dejaron todo descosido. Y no se hicieron responsables de NADA. No vale la pena una compostura barata. tengan cuidado.

Obvio no se hicieron responsables por la compostura, me regresaron la chamarra cómo aparece en las fotos. Martín tuvo pésimo servicio, se dice ser el administrador. No lo recomiendo en absoluto
