Very good service, very friendly treatment from Jose and Alan during our trip to Tulum, Coba, the cenote and the village. The bus driver was very careful to drive.

We did the visit to Tulum and some cenotes. The experience was incredible and Hisael was our private guide. Very attentive person who gave us information about all the sites we visit. His treatment is very familiar and allows you to live those moments with intensity. Thank you very much Hisael !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una verguenza el servicio, un vendedor de su tienda nos vendio un precio nos cobeo una seña y al subir al micro nos cobraron mas, alegando que deberiamos resolver la diferencia economica con el vendedor, vendedor que perttenece a su empresa.
Ademas nos cobraron la conversion del dolad mucho mas cara de la sugerida y al pasar la tarjeta veo que me colocaron 300 mexicanos mas que las cuentas que supuestamente ellos nos decian que debiamos hacer. Por suerte esto ultimo lo pudimos pelear, lo demas tuvimos que perderlo porque era seguir peleando y perder el tour a xcaret o subir.

A disgraceful service, a salesman from his store sold us a price, gave us a sign and when we got on the bus they charged us more, alleging that we should resolve the economic difference with the salesman, a salesman who belongs to his company.
In addition, they charged us the much more expensive dollar conversion than suggested and when I swipe the card I see that they gave me 300 more Mexicans than the accounts that they supposedly told us we should do. Luckily we were able to fight this last one, we had to lose the rest because it was to keep fighting and lose the tour to xcaret or go up.

We met Alberto at the Mega grocery store on Avenida 30 and Constitution. He did a great job explaining everything to us (his English was excellent) and met us each morning at the bus pickup. We would definitely recommend this tour group.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Octavio was great at setting us up for a tour at MEGA in Playa Del Carmen. Great service, Great price, Great trip with 3 different snorkeling locations and private beach, plus a surprising free lunch at the end! It made out vacation! Just AMAZING!!!
