En cambio de guardia si se presenta mala condición meteorológica, ese día no te lo pagan, puede durar 1 día o una catorcena el mal tiempo: NO LO PAGAN El ambiente laboral varía: hay guardias y personal increíblemente con gran capacidad y disponibles a hacer equipo, otros no. Firmas contrato solo al inicio. Es un juego de se quema la papa, a quien expongo y no resuelven en si el problema, quien tiene la culpa? Personal de tierra? A bordo? A alguien se tiene que culpar. ACTUALMENTE CON PROBLEMAS FINANCIEROS, supongo por eso quedan a deberle a algunas personas. Puedes subir por un puerto y bajar por otro: Cd del Carmen y 2 bocas. NOTA: Cuando la empresa deja de prescindir de tus servicios al trabajador le corresponde LIQUIDACIÓN, no finiquito. COTER lo quiere manejar como finiquito siempre. Cuando todo anda bien: si no subes te dan hospedaje en hotel Líbano si es en Carmen o en Paraíso depende por donde subas, si bajas de madrugada también te dan hotel, pago puntual, se reúnen en la compañía de allí te llevan al muelle o el cobertizo, guardias maratónicas, puedes bajar hoy de una plataforma y mañana subir a otra con aviso de anticipación de 1 día, PTU, aguinaldo, siempre y cuando no te liquiden por subida. Le dan oportunidad a l personal con poca experiencia con salario bajo $7000 / 14 cena con categoría de ayudante especialista. P.D. Jamás dejes tu tel en resguardo con ellos, lo roban y nadie se hace responsable, seleccionan un tel caro; que mágicamente desaparece y nadie se da cuenta, puedes dejar uno sencillo y básico, esos siempre aparecen.
