★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar seguro. tranquilo (sin contar por los perros escandalosos), limpio, muchas areas verdes, piscina climatizada (hay que reservarla y pagar la couta de mantenimiento para usarla), ya cuenta con buen internet (TELMEX NO!!!, NUNCA ME PUSO DAR EL SERVICO Y LOS VECINOS REPORTAN MUCHAS FALLAS), los vecinos son parejas jovenes y bien educados (comparados a otros cotos donde vivia donde eran sucios y problematicos), si trabajas serca es tu mejor opción (valor-precio) y lo mas importante La PLASVALIA es del 8-10% superior al promedio general de guadalajara del 5.5%, según datos de Index (2021).
A safe place. quiet (not counting the rowdy dogs), clean, many green areas, heated pool (you have to reserve it and pay the maintenance fee to use it), it already has good internet (NO TELMEX!!!, IT NEVER GAVE ME THE SERVICE AND THE NEIGHBORS REPORT MANY FAILURES), the neighbors are young and well-educated couples (compared to other preserves where I lived where they were dirty and problematic), if you work nearby it is your best option (value-for-money) and most importantly, PLASVALIA is from 8-10% higher than the general average of Guadalajara of 5.5%, according to data from Index (2021).
