★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una cerrada ( coto ) les llaman en Guadalajara , muy tranquilo , pero su salida muy desagradable , muchas calles de piedra y con bastantes cortes ( desviaciones ) para poder salir . Pero los deptos muy bien y modernos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este lugar es muy bonito y tranquilo para vivir, lo único malo que yo le veo a esto es que no puedes contratar otra red que no sea Megacable, siendo que Megacable es una compañía con un internet muy malo. Hace poquito viento o se nubla poquito y el internet se va. Me gustaría que pudiera entrar otra compañía de internet y tener la oportunidad de que compañía elegir.
This place is very nice and quiet to live in, the only bad thing that I see in this is that you cannot hire another network that is not Megacable, since Megacable is a company with very bad internet. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las casas estan muy bien distribuidas, de toda la zona el modelo de casa que hicieron les quedo muy bonito. Cuenta con excelente espacio para 2 coches, una terraza de eventos con un enorme espacio de jardin con juegos para niños y una buena cantidad de arboles. Tanto el arquitecto como el ingeniero de obra se aseguran de que las reparaciones por garantía queden cubiertas en el menor tiempo posible.Su equipo de trabajo es muy amable siempre. El servicio post venta es muy bueno hasta el momento. Cualquier duda la aclaran de inmediato y se disponen a ayudarte. La seguridad al entrar tambien es buena, no dejan entrar a nadie sin antes llamarte por telefono y que tu des autorización.
The houses are very well distributed, from the whole area the house model they made was very nice. It has excellent space for 2 cars, a terrace for events with a huge garden space with games for children and a good number of trees. Both the architect and the construction engineer make sure that the warranty repairs are covered in the shortest possible time. Their work team is always very friendly. The after sales service is very good so far. Any questions are clarified immediately and they are ready to help you. The security when entering is also good, they do not let anyone enter without first calling you by phone and that you give authorization.

El modelo Montano es el más recomendable ya que cuenta con 3 habitaciones y 3 baños completos así como un estar de TV que se puede acondicionar como un cuarto cuarto. Lo único que carece es patio y/o zona de almacenaje de herramientas / artículos para.el hogar sin embargo el entorno interno es muy agradable y los vecinos también
I really liked the place, the houses have a spectacular distribution. The Montano model is the most recommended since it has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms as well as a TV room that can be conditioned as a fourth room. The only thing lacking is a patio and / or storage area for tools / items for the home, however the internal environment is very pleasant and the neighbors too

Además la terraza muy bonita y grande
