Pequeño parque y casa club como amenidades. 71 casas con habitadas desde hace 12 años aproximadamente que si el primer coro por este rumbo.. son espacios de Dos plantas con 2 habitaciones con una alcoba y 1 baño completo en planta alta. Sala-comedor y una cocina integral con espacio de patio trasero. Cochera para un auto. Jardines siempre muy cuidados y fachadas homogéneas...
