★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar muy lindo para vivir. Lástima que como en todos lados hay vecinos que buscan su propio beneficio o de sus amigos cuando están de presidentes.
 A very nice place to live. Too bad that as everywhere there are neighbors who seek their own benefit or that of their friends when they are presidents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es bonito y tranquilo, al igual que todo el fraccionamiento las Terrazas. Tiene una vista increíble y avenidas amplias. Me gustó que me pidieran mi credencial al entrar ya que eso me dió seguridad. Para mi gusto aun necesita mas áreas verdes, pero eso ya es una cuestión personal. Lo único que me preocupa son los accesos al fraccionamiento, ya que son muchas casas, y sigue creciendo, y ya me imagino el congestionamiento a la hora de querer entrar o salir. Sigo viendo opciones para comprar mi casa, pero sin duda esta es una de mis primeras opciones.
The place is nice and quiet, like the entire Las Terrazas subdivision. It has an incredible view and wide avenues. I liked that they asked me for my credential when entering since that gave me security. For my taste it still needs more green areas, but that is already a personal matter. The only thing that worries me are the accesses to the subdivision, since there are many houses, and it continues to grow, and I can imagine the congestion when wanting to enter or leave. I keep looking at options to buy my house, but without a doubt this is one of my first options.
