★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un coto muy tranquilo, donde los ocupantes trabajan durante el día,y los niños pueden salír a jugar por las tardes, los vecinos son muy amables, el ambiente en general, es muy ameno, tiene un área de jardín para eventos de personas del coto.
