★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanta que los departamentos tienen un diseño que máximiza los espacio, las áreas verdes son relajantes y puedes disfrutar con toda tu familia y hasta tu mascota y si se arma algo con tus amigos, todo queda bien cerquita así que, aquí si se hace la carnita asada :P
 I love that the apartments have a design that maximizes space, the green areas are relaxing and you can enjoy with your whole family and even your pet and if you build something with your friends, everything is very close so, here if you do the roasted carnita: P

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un Fraccionamiento para vivir muy tranquilo, bastantes áreas verdes,casa club, alberca y buen mantenimiento en general (Aunque puede mejorar bastante aun) y tiene cercanía con el Bosque de la Primavera.
Factores a tomar en cuenta:
Son 3.0 kms aproximadamente hacia Av. Lopez Mateos, No llega el transporte público, solo mototaxis o con vehículo particular, aun faltan algunas banquetas por construir, No tiene vía alterna de ingreso y salida solo por Blvr. Bosques de Santa Anita y un tramo por Camino a las Moras, Falta mejorar la seguridad al perímetro del Fracc.
En temporal de calor posibles incendios cercanos y temporal de lluvia corrientes muy fuertes.
A very quiet subdivision to live, many green areas, clubhouse, pool and good maintenance in general (although it can still improve a lot) and is close to the Bosque de la Primavera.
Factors to take into account:
It is approximately 3.0 kms towards Av. Lopez Mateos, Public transport does not arrive, only motorcycle taxis or private vehicles, there are still some sidewalks to be built, It does not have an alternate entry and exit route, only by Blvr. Bosques de Santa Anita and a section along Camino a las Moras. Security needs to be improved on the perimeter of the Fracc.
In hot weather possible nearby fires and rainy season very strong currents.
