★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condominio habitacional con 128 casas, lugar muy tranquilo con la gente que vive ahí, lugar bastante bien cuidado y mantenido, cuenta con alberca y terraza para esparcimiento de los colonos, no se admite ninguna clase de vendedores o personal que altere el orden interno, en cuanto a visitas, solo las autorizadas a entrar por los mismos colonos que ahí viven.
