SCAM FOR TOURISTS! We came for the view and it was the only nice thing about the place. Cocktails had no alcohol in it and at the end they will try and rip you off! Be careful and check before you pay - they tried to overcharge us a lot!

Avoid this place!! If you are tourists you have to be careful, because they will definitely try to deceive you. For example you can expect that the prices on the bill will be higher x4/x5 times than those in the menu or provided by the waiters and they charge you for something you didn't order. The service was terrible, the waiter became very aggressive and arrogant - when I asked for an explanation of the difference on the bill. I don't really recommend this place at all! There are many other better bars, this one is a waste of time and nerves.

Corrupt waitresses, took money from us and would not give us change back (in pesos!).They also refused to give us a receipt (as it would clearly show they were wrong) and pretended to accept cash only. We were drinking three beers, should have paid 3 us dollars (as the name of the bar says and you can also see from the menu in the pictures here and everywhere on the walls). In the end they made us pay 18 us dollars instead of 3 and would not return the change even though we complained. When complaining, another waitress pretended the beer would cost 6 us dollars now! Be very careful, ask for the exact price of what you order and don't pay without receipt! Also have Pesos handy and make sure you don't need change! Will never go there again.

Best bar ever in Cancun with a good view and fair prices!!! Nice people and staff like Francisco (Pancho) and Carlos, they were super nice with me! If you are with your friends and want to enjoy a sunset with good drinks and latin music, this is the place!

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! To begin with, we were asked what we wanted to drink to start off. We said coke and water, and the waiter said that we have to order alcohol. It was hot outside so we just wanted to order water and soft drinks and he kept insisting, it wasn’t until someone at our table mentioned going somewhere else until they accepted our request. Also we accessed the menu on our mobile device with the QR code’s located around the restaurant, and then the waiter said that the things on the menu were not available. But then some of the other people in our group were able to order stuff from the menu, but it was charged at a much higher price when we received the bill. They had paper menus with cheaper prices for food, but they did not match the prices on the check, and when asked to see those menus again they refused. There were also “tips” and “taxes” added when we received the bill. The bill ended up being more than 3x higher than advertised, and the service was horrible. When we tried to dispute some of the charges on the bill and he got offended and walked away. We we’re also tourists that could speak Spanish, I cannot even imagine how much they will try to scan you if you don’t speak Spanish.

José Thomas has been an excellent waiter, he has been very fun to talk to, by far a good service! Sight is awesome as well, you can see partial sea and the lake here in Cancún.

Initially we did not want to spend $35 per guy for limited drinks. When ordering drinks sort of a la cart we received some mocktails while ordering cocktails. The price for these drinks was really high and service really slow. The ambiance can be really nice and maybe when more popular have a great vibe. For now fighting over drinks kind of sucked the fun out of it so no recommendation at all.
