★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved this place. Clean rooms, AC and nice staff. Beautiful and clean pool and nice, peaceful, area.
When we got there my first impression wasn't good but it changed when we entered the room.
We stayed in the hotel 5 days and definitely recommend it, no complaints at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a humble and quaint place. No frills. The pools is pretty cool to look at and enjoy. It has an overall modern techno look. However, I was there in the hottest months and if was over 35 degrees Celsius or 95 Farenheit and at times higher and humid but their air conditioning system couldn't beat the heat since it was a very weak ac system.
They do have a nice quad patio and an onsite restaurant.
Bottled water is complimentary.
The rooms are definitely spacious and the beds are very comfortable and 600 thread count bedding.
Large screen LCD TV AND FREE parking. No Frills.
Why 1 Star...they held back on the bad maintenance issues and were clandestine about it and when I requested a refund they refused.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great place to stay at, very clean, welcoming staff. Would definitely recommend this place to others. We enjoyed the free bottled waters. The only reason I have it a 4 start instead of 5 is that the beds are firm with barely any give. The location is perfect since my family is close by and all major streets are also within access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was exellent have swimming pool they open 7am to 8 pm. Room service food is cheap super cheap. It have enough parking inside and the rooms are huge and clean. Double with kitchen was 50 dollars king size beds and restroom with bathtub. costumer service super nice and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were a couple of friendly staff members that could speak very limited English, that was the only positive thing about this hotel. There was no microwave or fridge in my room. There is no hot water for showers, not even lukewarm. A ride to and from the airport through Expedia which was paid in advanced never happened. The place is not wheelchair accessible because there is no elevator to rooms, it's all stairs. It was not a positive experience for me. My advice is to spend the extra money and get a better hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was excellent from start to finish, we ordered room service as well for a great price. Food was decent, the agua de piña was amazing. The pool was clear, it was quiet despite the traffic and location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly clean pool wasn't open due to covid but it is beautifully structure. They offer tours to places such as a tequila tour for a $450 pesos which I took have to say it was worth it. I will be taking a second tour soon to chapala.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checking in was fast and efficient. We stayed in a standard king room. Spacious room, hot water for showering, cold AC, a nice warm swimming pool, and delicious food from the restaurant.
Staff is very friendly and attentive to details. During my stay I informed management the AC in my room was leaking and the toilet was leaking water. They addressed the problems within the hour.
The hotel is located in a very nice part of the city everything within walking distance.
A very nice place to stay and relax. I will look forward to staying here again.
