About Court of Administrative Justice of Mexico City
El Tribunal de Justicia Administrativa de la Ciudad de México es un órgano jurisdiccional con autonomía administrativa y presupuestaria para emitir sus fallos, y con jurisdicción plena y formará parte del Sistema Local Anticorrupción.
Las resoluciones que emita el Tribunal en materia de Responsabilidades Administrativas, deberán apegarse a los principios de legalidad, máxima publicidad, respeto a los derechos humanos, verdad material, razonabilidad, proporcionalidad, presunción de inocencia, tipicidad y debido proceso.
El presupuesto aprobado por el Congreso de la Ciudad de México para el Tribunal de Justicia Administrativa, se ejercerá con autonomía y conforme a la Ley de Austeridad, Transparencia en Remuneraciones, Prestaciones y Ejercicio de Recursos de la Ciudad de México y las disposiciones legales aplicables, bajo los principios de legalidad, certeza, objetividad, independencia, honestidad, responsabilidad y transparencia.
Dicho ejercicio deberá realizarse con base en los principios de honestidad, responsabilidad, eficiencia, eficacia, transparencia, rendición de cuentas, austeridad, racionalidad y bajo estos principios estará sujeta a la evaluación y control de los órganos correspondientes.
Conforme a los principios a que se refiere el párrafo anterior, y de acuerdo a lo establecido en la Ley de Austeridad, Transparencia en Remuneraciones, Prestaciones y Ejercicio de Recursos de la Ciudad de México, el Tribunal se sujetará a las siguientes reglas:
I. Determinará los ajustes que correspondan a su presupuesto en caso de disminución de ingresos durante el ejercicio fiscal, y
II. Realizará los pagos, llevará la contabilidad y elaborará sus informes, a través de su propia Dirección General de Administración.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En éste Tribunal como en todos los de la CDMX no te permiten accesar sin cita previa la cual es casi imposible obtener, si tu intención es consultar el estado del expediente resulta casi imposible hacerlo. Los oficiales de seguridad (quienes no tienen la culpa pues sólo siguen ordenes) no te brindan la información necesaria y simplemente se limitan a decir que consultes los números telefónicos y agendes cita para que te permitan el acceso. Sí, ok, se trata de cuidarnos pero al hacerlo limitan tu acceso a la justicia...
In this Court as in all of the CDMX they do not allow you to access without a prior appointment which is almost impossible to obtain, if your intention is to consult the status of the file it is almost impossible to do so. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acceso rápido. Hice cita en el sistema de citas, sin embargo no me la solicitaron al ingresar. Al acceder pasas por un aparato que te rocía agua desinfectante lo cual no sirve de nada si adentro todo está cerrado y sin ventilación como todos los edificios del PJF.
