They were VERY friendly and attended to me very quickly. I had the best experience with a CDMX civil registry. It is the only place where we had no problems getting married and they charged us very cheaply. Excellent attention!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, hable para pedir los requisitos para registro de hijo nacido en el extranjero, y me dijo la señorita que no sabia que documentos son y que hablara a arcos de Belém, que porque ellos no saben de eso..creo que son la entidad adecuada para esos tramites y deberían tener la capacitación y saber sobre estos servicios.
Terrible service, I spoke to ask for the requirements for registration of a child born abroad, and the lady told me that she did not know what documents they are and that she should speak to arcos de Belém, because they do not know about it ... I think they are the entity suitable for those procedures and should have the training and know about these services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar asutero para todos los trámites del Registro Civil. El personal es atento y, en general, atienden de manera expedita. Eso sí, el lugar es austero, así que si buscan una sede glamourosa para casarse, éste no es el lugar. Por lo demás, es recomendable.
An asutero place for all the procedures of the Civil Registry. The staff is attentive and generally responds expeditiously. Of course, the place is austere, so if you are looking for a glamorous venue to get married, this is not the place. Otherwise, it is recommended.
