Cambian de personal muy seguido y no se le da seguimiento al caso, tengo más de un año con una querella con pruebas e información que yo mismo he investigado y solo comentan que lo mandarán a policía ministerial y cada vez que voy mencionan que apenas lo mandarán (se les olvida todo lo que apuntan en el cuaderno que tienen de pendientes). Por eso esta la delincuencia a todo lo que da, por tanto personal no capacitado.
Bad attention, cases are not taken seriously. They change personnel very often and the case is not followed up, I have more than a year with a complaint with evidence and information that I have investigated myself and they only comment that they will send it to the ministerial police and every time I go they mention that they will hardly send it (They forget everything they write down in the notebook they have pending). So there is crime to everything it gives, therefore untrained personnel.
