Good hotel to stay at for maybe a night and close to the airport. Rooms were clean except the bathroom doorknob kept falling off. The restaurant was excellent, food was good, and service was good. Also used the hot tub which was nice. Loved the free shuttle to the airport!

Good hotel if you need a place close to the airport. Staff was friendly and responsive. We didnt book a shuttle from the airport in advance and they had a shuttle to us 15 minutes later without any hesitation. The pool was great and the food was mediocre. If I needed a room near the airport again, I'd definitely stay here again. I wish other places I have visited had affordable, clean, easy to access hotels like this.

Good stay. But has more potential. The room was nice and clean but the service wasn't what I expected. The van drivers were very friendly. But the reception didn't feel like they cared. I asked specifically for a quiet room and I got a room next to the hotel aircondition. Very loud. I changed the room. But no help with that provided. Long waiting time for check in. Check out: coming down I had to wait for the person at the reception before they placed their phone away.

Once again prove my theory wrong about airport hotels. This hotel resembles a 5 star resort. I loved the mid century mod style of the rooms and gave 4 stars bc the frigid temps in the room. I think it's a shame to boast how cold your rooms are and a waste. The rooms are large and clean. The buffet was delicious and checked all the boxes, from an assortment of juices to egg station. The pool area is quite nice resembles a lagoon hidden in a tropical forest. Also, has a hot tub. If you're heading to Cancun for a short stay, this hotel should be on the top of your list!

We had a late night flight coming in to Cancun. We decided to stay in this hotel for the night before we proceed to resort next morning. After we picked our luggage we called the hotel for the shuttle. In few van came and picked us up. Check in process was very slow. Room was very nice and clean. comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet is little pricey.

This is a really nice place to stay in Cancun. The rooms are spacious and nicely done. The bed is is comfortable with fresh sheets supplied every day. The bathroom is spacious enough and quite clean. However, it's worth noting that the hotel is close to the airport and is somewhat far from the beaches and tourist attractions. This isn't a deterrent, though, as the hotel can help you get a taxi when you want to go out. The food is okay, but it can get boring really quickly if you're here for longer than 3 days. The hotel provides airport shuttle service every 30 minutes, so you don't have to worry too much about getting to the airport on time for your flight. I've enjoyed my stay and would strongly consider staying here the next time I'm in Cancun.

Pros: rooms are spacious and nice, clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Hotel is quiet. Staff is kind. Airport shuttle is convenient (long wait at airport but quick and easy to get back to airport from hotel) Cons: long wait at reception desk for check in and any time you need anything. The door connecting our hotel room to the adjacent room was broken. It did not lock and actually had a big hole that looked like it had been drilled into the lock. Reception did not seem to care that this door was broken, they just offered us a downgrade in rooms. They moved us from a room with king sized bed with couch and nice view to a room with a double bed, no couch, no view. Also, we chose this hotel as it had a nice pool, however, after checking in we saw the pool was 1/4 full of water and appeared to be broken as they were doing construction on it. We would have liked to know this before booking.

Positive: The restaurant was very well run. The staff were prompt and respectful. As a solo woman traveller, that is a rarity. The service I was provided at the restaurant was very much appreciated. The food also was very good too. Negative: This is my second stay at this hotel and each time the refrigerator in the room did not work. Last time, the airport shuttle was a horror story. This time, I did not use it.
