A	AlexG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel was nice but one of the elevator was out of service half the stay, the other one is extremely slow, the heated pool was really cold, and the worse was that one of our beds was filthy dirty to the point that it has blood stains and pubic hairs. My 6 and 9 year olds had to witness that.

The hotel restaurant has surprisingly good meals. Overall a great experience and will stay again. Thank you!

The cleaning staff nock your door even with the “don’t disturb” signage. In the shower it takes 10min to have hot water, a lot of waist in my opinion. I never had hot water in the sink to shave properly. I also missed a coffee maker in the room.

E	ENVY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family of four booked 3 nights in October 2021. When we arrived there’s was no one to help us with the luggage. Front desk did not know all the operation hours in the hotel when we asked, like restaurant and bar services and hours. There was only one elevator working. Double bed room was kind of small. Room and bathroom were not properly clean. Only one roll of toilet paper and no towels, had to call the front desk. Very firm beds which made it uncomfortable to sleep. Customer service could be a lot better being a Marriott. Food is a little below OK. We discovered excellent restaurants across the hotel. El Reforma Restaurant serves delicious breakfasts and is like 4 minutes walking distance. Thermostats are very confusing to operate. It is one of the most expensive hotels in Chihuahua. I would stay at the Soberano Sheraton next time.
I	Intermed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful location. The staff is very friendly and things just go smoothly here. I’ve stayed here many times before and never had an issue. This time I splurged for the suite because my family came with me and it was well worth it. The value is excellent compared to others for the small amd I mean small price difference the others can’t compare. A few dollars opens so much more.

I was obsessed with the design, especially the little cutout shelf on the wall to access towels from inside the shower. I found that so genius and a testament to the detail-oriented service of this hotel. The front desk staff and security guard were always all so helpful and kind during my stay and I’m so grateful to them for helping me feel comfortable :)
