★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entire staff was very professional. My lack of proficient Spanish skills was not a problem. Only hiccup to entire stay was an undercooked burger during late night room service but that still was not enough to tarnish my stay. Will stay here again on my next trip to Merida. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to stay for 1 week and ended up staying 3 and a half weeks I enjoyed it and Merida so much. The hotel is in a great location. It's brand new. Nice gym. Great rooftop. The staff are fantastic...everyone...from the front door to reception to the restaurant to the cleaning staff...everyone is super friendly and very professional...a big thank you to you all for making my stay so enjoyable and making it feel like home!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I traveled for a business trip and stayed here. There was NO air conditioning!!! Staff claimed it was an issue with the power utility. However there was no power outage in the city that night. It seem they haven’t fixed their own power interconnection issue. In addition there was no shower gel in my room so I called the front desk three times and they NEVER brought it! The hotel itself is brand new and beautiful but there are plenty hotel
Options in Merida to choose from. Very disappointed in this hotel and the Marriott brand!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a new hotel, just one year of launch, where most of the large hotels are locate at Merida.
Rooms have the standard Marriot design. The new sofas share are ergonomic and very comportable.
They have dinning restaurant with very good food and service, had a hamburger very well prepared. They have a variety of beers as well some on draft.
Also, there is an Asian restaurant on the 12th floor, near the pool area. I did not have time to visit this Asian restaurante, but had good recommendations from friends. Also the swimming pool is located in this high floor. This is a good option on price and quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly staff. Restaurant was vey good. They were very accommodating and kind as well. Our mesero happened to be from Dallas too so that was cool. And the vibes in the roof are chill af. It’s always nice when places take Amex too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is how a hotel should be. Super friendly staff, clean and big rooms. Rooftop with pool is perfect to escape the heat of the city. It’s a small 30 minutes walk to the centrum or just 4 minutes with a Uber. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impress, it is ok if you go for business, it is like any other Hampton Inn or Courtyard in USA, I though because it is located where other 4 nice hotels are this was going to be that type. It is new so I wanted to try it. In Merida definitely are way more better and nice fancy hotels, if that is what you are looking for

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel! We will definitely stay there again when we are back in Merida. Clean rooms, the rooftop is amazing and the beds are comfortable! AND the staff was amazing and friendly!
The only negative is the shower. It doesn't drain properly and it makes a big mess in the floor, be prepared to use a lot of towels.
