★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful hotel for those who enjoy a modern more American style hotel while in Mexico. All of the staff were very friendly and very accommodating to any needs. The staff know a fair bit of English so communication between us wasn't too difficult. The rooms were clean with a great air conditioner to help keep the room cool. The restaurant in the lobby is pretty good and is actually fairly inexpensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Courtyard Marriott Monterrey Airport has improved a bit over rhe past year, with the biggest change the quality of the front desk service. Staff is a lot more attentive than they have been in the past.
The hotel is gearing up for a remodel, long overdue. The hotel stays full with business travelers. Breakfast is very good and reasonably priced. Menu items in the restaurant at other times are pretty good. Restuarant and lounge staff provide excellent service. Free airport shuttles run every 30 minutes.
The room rates were a bit higher than I expected thay would be, although the prices did fluctuate day to day some.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've stayed at this hotel 100's of nights. They took advantage of the COVID slowdown and did some remodeling. The newly renovated rooms are clean, comfortable, and more up to date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager Rogelio Jesus is a superb host. I actually did not end up holding my event, but if I had done it there, it would have been excellent! Mr. Rogelio took the time to offer accommodations to make this event special. He included so many beautiful details, and I am so grateful for his time and attention! He responded as if it would be his own event. Although we decided on another plan, I am writing this review to support your decision in booking your event with Courtyard. If we will plan another future event in Monterrey, we will go to that hotel for sure! Many thanks Rogelio!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been staying here 6 years while traveling for work in Monterrey. This is consistently good staff and a helpful team. The restaurant is good. Having Los Fresnos attached is a great plus. Walking distance to one of the best Italian restaurants and in the right side of the road for the traffic patterns. Highly recommend this place for short or long visits
