★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and hotel is clean. The pool needs to be heated and updated to not look so dull and dirty. The fitness area is simple. They never have complimentary coffee in the morning like they said they would. I can’t complain about the price we paid. The restaurant menu was more of a high class restaurant menu. Late night room service, and lunch options of more simple appetizers or sandwiches. Vegetarian options even would have led me to dine at the hotel more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Housekeeping lady was friendly. The managers were friendly and only had one assistant who did not show customer service and was rude to my husband who asked to warm up a slice of pizza.

Water in the pool is so cold!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marriott always means excellence. But among all Courtyards I have been, this one is the best by much.
They do really care about their Marriott Rewards members and do their best to make you feel comfortable and valued.
At least that's what they showed during my 10 night stay. :)
Extra points for the workout area. Plenty machines and space to train comfortably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel was great! The staff were super friendly and helpful. We felt the earthquake and they acted quickly and evacuated us. Some guests walked out without shoes and the staff was quick to offer towels for them to step on once we were outside.
The breakfast was also great and the whole check-in and check-out process was fast and easy.
