★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the first time I had a bad experience with a Marriott hotel. At the time of my check out I expressed to the manager my discomfort on many issue with my room. Consequently, she asked me to fill a form with all the complaints which I did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is beautiful, but the service it's not so good, they leave us waiting on the airport for an hour and the transportation never showed up!! The staff doesn't have a really good communication so it's kinda messy. The room were clean, comfy and great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is a bit dated, but its very clean and the restaurant offers excellent food. The service however was exceptional, every person in the hotel goes above and beyond to service the customer. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Toluca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here on vacation. I came to see the pyramids, and other local historical venues. I am a school teacher, and I was impressed with what the city and hotel offered. It felt like a 5 star experience. The staff was nice and spoke English! The bar tender was friendly and so was the front desk. I will be coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, a very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful; rooms are a bit small but comfortable. Hotel is in a commercial area of town with no restaurants within walking distance. If you have transportation try the Bife Toreador. Good steakhouse 15 mins away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were greeted promptly, everyone was friendly and professional. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, the beds were firm but comfortable, and we slept well. The bar and breakfast were nice. Everyone was friendly and professional. We didn't have any problems and enjoyed our stay after a long day of travels. We would stay here again and recommend to others.
