Pésimo servicio, no te informan nada, te tienen en su sala y nadie te da informes, hasta que vas por tu auto te dicen lo que requieren para poder entregártelo, usan los vehículos para uso personal, te dan números telefónicos pero marcas y marcas y nadie contesta. Y de Mapfre el peor seguro para autos.

Demasiadas excusas y pocas soluciones a los tramites y diligencias en referencia a lo referente a los carros que llevan ahí a reparar. Para solicitar papeles y otro tipo de datos y documentos es una misión imposible. Sus supuestas sucursales de oficinas, no tienen servicio de mapfre a pesar de estar con logotipos MAPFRE.CERO ATENCION CERO BUEN SERVICIO LO PEOR EN SEGUROS.PESIMO EN TODOS LOS ASPECTOS.

Recientemente tuve un percance, mi carro terminó en este taller (taller de aseguradora), el gran inconveniente es que nunca contestan las llamadas, es un serio problema si deseas saber el status de las reparaciones y demás.

Pésima atención, a pesar de haber realizado el pago y entregado comprobantes del banco y de Banxico no me entregaron mi coche. No hay un call center para levantar quejas. El supuesto supervisor Adrián Valdez no contesta el teléfono, no está presente en el taller tampoco y no hay forma que que los empleados tomen decisiones sin el. Cómo puedo hacer para comunicarme a un número y que alguien me ayude a recuperar mi coche?

Pésima servicio. Llamas y nunca contestan. Vas al taller y tienes que esperar más de 40 min. Para saber el status de tu vehículo.

Pesimo servicio, nunca contestan los teléfonos y cuando acudes la actitud de los empleados es nefasta, parece que te estan haciendo el favor de arreglar tu camioneta, en mi caso, no me informaron sobre los daños que tiene la camioneta, solo te dicen sí supera el deducible o no, MAPFRE tampoco te informa y uno dice que es el taller y el otro dice que es la aseguradora sobre el informe, ademas de que se tardaron una semana en dar la valoración del daño. Decidi sacarlo de ese taller t llevarla a la agencia, me la entregaron super sucia y con 20 km de más, seguramente la utilizaron para algo. Yo les sugiero NO UTILIZAR ESTE TALLER asi cono a MAPFRE ya que era el único taller disponible para la CDMX. Saludos

Pésimo servicio, tuve un accidente en carretera y mi coche se daño tanto de la parte eléctrica como física, lleva más de un mes en el taller y no le han hecho nada en la parte eléctrica, al principio me contestaban ahora ya nadie contesta mis llamadas, es un problema localizarlos, levanté un folio en Mapfre y es lo mismo no son empáticos, no te dan soluciones sólo dicen; tienen que esperar. NO VOY A VOLVER A CONTRATAR ESTE SEGURO, NO LO CONTRATEN NO FUNCIONA

Son unos ladrones, nunca se hacer que por ahí. Mi auto es tubo 2 meses por que no encendía, por que según ellos era un problema eléctrico y luego resulta que era la computadora y luego que unos fusibles y luego que la marcha y al final sigue igual y para que arranque solo tengo que desconectar la batería cuando no lo uso y la conecto para cuando lo voy a usar y trabaja bien pero si dejo conectada la batería se descarga y por eso. me cobraron un dineral. No repararon el problema solo dieron palos de ciego. Los voy a demandar por ladrones a la profeco.
