Capacitar más al personal en cuánto a saber que producto se les pide en tipos de chapas, mangueras, conexiones, etcétera etcétera.
Bueno, también importante como escribir el nombre de un cliente y no GENERALIZAR, con las asociaciones CIVILES.
Tener a la mano el número de cliente frecuente y así agilizar sus pedidos.
