Cozumel Fun Excursions - 77600 San Miguel de Cozumel

Has to be the worst place to rent a jeep .out dated , broken ac , the to top it i off I drove exactly four miles! Gas gauge didn’t move! I dropped back off I tell the guy, hey I went exactly 4 miles here is 10$ for gas, which way more than it should have been, then he proceeds to tell me to fill it up??? I told him gas was half full when I got it, same when I got back. I’m not filling it up! Then he says he call police, I told him that ok with me, then he put his phone away and says just give me 15$ . I told him if he has a issue, if I did something wrong you have my card on file! He had no reply ! Just another cheap Mexico scam!!!! Stay away from this shady jeep rental!!!! Oh, side note, break lights were busted gauges on speedometer didn’t work, and the emergency break was disconnected??? What are these shady people really doing here?? No wonder tourism is down, maybe if they did the right thing people would want to come back!

The absolute worst experience/paid excursion I have done. From the start we were scammed. We were overcharged for everything. We were promised two cars, but had to squeeze 6 in one Jeep(not including the driver). We were promised to go to visit ruins, but while on the tour our guide lied and said they were closed due to COVID which they weren’t. We were promised to go snorkeling in the “second best snorkeling in the world” but then we never even got to snorkel... Finally, we were told that we’d be going to a nice beach club with food included. We got to the location and it was the worst excuse for a beach club ever with dirty/rocky water that was no deeper than stomach level. The food was terrible and someone there tried to steal our stuff even when we were right there. All lies. Don’t believe any good reviews here, most likely fake. Do not waste your money or time here.

Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews before we decided to rent their cars. It’s a huge scam! Too expenisve for cars that are very old and not safe and they make you pay extra when you arrive in Cozumel even though their representatives said differently when they approached us in Playa del Carmen while waiting for the ferry. Plan your trip in advance and don’t use their service!

This was a terrible experience we paid to rent a jeep and we got there the one tire had no tread, one of the seat belts were missing, and no fuel like they told us it would have a full tank of fuel. SCAM SCAM

If I can rate this place 0 I would. 1st off their rep that approached us at the ferry to Cozumel about rentals didn’t give us all the information. She said it’ll come with insurance but to only find out it’s only roadside assistance & not liability insurance. So it’s another $25 each vehicle. Their vehicles are damaged, old, broken & dirty. We rented 3 jeeps that are junky. Also, they’ll give you the vehicles w/o gas & tells you to put gas in it for another $20. Don’t ever rent from this place. Go somewhere else!

Do not rent from this place! We rented 8 dune buggies at the Ferry only to find out they only had 4 total vehicles with only 2 buggies that were pure junk. One broke down at the first stop and refused to give us a refund- only an exchange of another one if we wanted to wait for it to get there. The neighboring rental place had to give us the other 4 vehicles which were old cars without roofs and a couple of Jeep’s AFTER we spent over an hour and half negotiating again! We were also told insurance and gas included which were not! We were told we could keep them until 8:30 but the place closed at 7. All lies!!!!

The worst company. Lier an rude service. We rented car with specific colour.. They told us on the pier of Playa del Carmen that we 100% wil get what we want but on arrival they bring us completely different colours with the words we do not rent colours we rent cars. Did not wanted to hear anything, we're very rude just pushed us out of the shop. Not recommend this service, Waist of time and money!!! There are plenty of good companies on Cozumel, go to the different place. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!

Jorge was an awesome tour guide! Friendly, knowledgeable, patient and thorough. I had a great time driving their provided manual jeep but would be good to tell them upfront if you can only drive automatic. His boss Moises gave us an excellent last minute price on a tour when our original last minute tour plans didn’t work out. Highly recommend them for a quality personal tour, thanks y’all!
