Have been here many times for quick Botox and touch ups and they are quick and professional

I have had Botox injections at this clinic since they have opened. I have always been very happy with the results. Visiting the island in 2 weeks, planning on making an appointmen!

I went with my wife and bought the wrinkle filler for $195. We opened the package and the container was empty. I protested the charge and tried to call them to no avail. Carnival cruise ship advised me they are on the cautionary listing and said it was my responsibility to check them out beforehand. It was at the beginning of the cruise with Vista, what a way to begin a vacation.

I arranged my appointment via e-mail approximately 1 month in advance. I provided photo imagery of me, what I wanted to achieve and descriptions about the procedures I was booking. I also mentioned that I would be 2 weeks post nose surgery. My notes were received well and my appointment was confirmed. Unfortunately none of this was actually communicated to the Doctor. When I turned up to my appointment, I had to wait for him to arrive to the clinic. While I was waiting, the receptionist handed out complimentary water to 2 other clients who arrived later than me, and no water for me. Once the Doctor arrived and we were discussing the treatments, it became apparent that he hadn’t been briefed on my background or treatment requests. We began with Botox which I did not get numbed for. He did the process very quickly and afterwards I said that I prefer being number before being injected. He replied saying that I should have made the appointment 1 hour earlier to allow time to be numbed....?!?!?! I told him that in every injectable treatment I have had, it has always been included in the appointment. I told him I would have been happy to come earlier, I could have come at any time, but to allow time for numbing is the responsibility of the clinic. He also was putting pressure on my nose, which was fresh from Rhinoplasty (described in my e-mails). At the end of the procedure, I was given the preliminary paperwork to sign including questions about any allergies/medical concerns I have. This should have been done prior to the appointment. I was also told that they only accept cash. This would have been helpful to know beforehand as I don’t casuallt carry $13,000 Pesos on me, however it was not mentioned in the prior e-mail responses at all. Overall a poor service in exchange for a high price which could have been very much avoided if the clinic had communicated with each other and myself better.

8.99 for botox unit is US pricing. They are nuts. I've paid less on Groupon in the states

Best experience ever! I had both my upper and lower eyelids done by Dr. Aldo at Rejuvenation Clinic. He far exceeded my hopes and dreams! So far things are healing up nicely! Not a single negative thing to speak of! This truly should given 10 stars!

Dr. Aldo is AMAZING!!! I recently had a breast augmentation done and could not be happier with the results, as well as how easy the recovery has been. Seriously, Dr. Aldo is a genius. In addition, he did my Botox; quick and easy with better results than I get in NY for a fraction of the price.

My friend just had a MACS Facelift at Rejuvenation Clinic. I was very impressed with Dr. Aldo and his entire staff. Everyone makes you feel at ease from the beginning consultation, through the procedure and on into the follow up appointments. Dr. Aldo really listens to what your goals are and then makes the appropriate recommendations. He is kind and very caring. I was extremely impressed. My friend is very pleased with her results and has suffered no pain whatsoever. I highly recommend Dr. Aldo and the Rejuvenation Clinic. My turn next!
