★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gran lugar para descansar, la cama limpia y tienen ventilador, calentador, plancha, secadora. Baño privado y con suficiente jabón y papel. Toallas limpias. Un consejo para los de sueño ligero, usen tapones ya que hay algo de ruido de los aviones que pasan encima, y cerrar las cortinas si no quieren que les entre la luz de la mañana muy fuerte. Entrada a las 2pm y salida a las 12pm
Great place to rest, clean bed and have fan, heater, iron, dryer. Private bathroom with enough soap and paper. Clean towels. A tip for light sleepers, use earplugs as there is some noise from the airplanes passing overhead, and close the curtains if you don't want the very strong morning light to enter. Check in at 2pm and check out at 12pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un excelente lugar para quedarte cuando vistes cdmx, el anfitrión muy amable y atento, todo el lugar y habitación está muy limpio. Está a dos cuadras del metro o puedes dejar tu auto fuera la zona es muy segura, al rededor hay varios merenderos. Lo recomiendo totalmente, sin duda volveré.
It is an excellent place to stay when you visit CDMX, the host is very friendly and attentive, the whole place and room is very clean. It is two blocks from the subway or you can leave your car outside the area is very safe, around there are several picnic areas. I totally recommend it, I will definitely return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO ES UN HOTEL, por lo tanto no hay recepción, de hecho ni siquiera hay atención al cliente, no atienden emergencias, asi que si esperan un buen trato y disposición no la encontrarán.
IT IS NOT A HOTEL, therefore there is no reception, in fact there is not even customer service, they do not attend emergencies, so if they expect good treatment and disposition they will not find it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar céntrico y seguro. Es cómodo y respetan mucho la privacidad además se encuentra limpio y con medidas de seguridad amplios (4 llaves)
Como punto de mejora sería bueno que hubiera un frigobar para guardar líquidos o alimentos sobretodo teniendo en cuenta que es un alojamiento ideal para larga estancia.
Se encuentra a una cuadra o bien de metro eugenia o metro división del norte así como rodeado de restaurantes y de avenidas principales por lo que lo hace un lugar bien conectado.
Está bien equipado y la cama es amplia y cómoda y permite el buen descanso.
La atención es buena y la comunicación es constante por lo que nunca faltará de nada.
Totalmente recomendable para pasar unos pocos días o una larga estancia y el costo es en relación calidad precio sin ser la opción más económica pero tampoco es una opción costosa

As a point of improvement, it would be good if there was a minibar to store liquids or food, especially considering that it is an ideal accommodation for a long stay.
It is located one block from either the eugenia metro or the northern division metro as well as surrounded by restaurants and main avenues, making it a well-connected place.
It is well equipped and the bed is wide and comfortable and allows a good rest.
Attention is good and communication is constant so you will never miss anything.
Totally recommended to spend a few days or a long stay and the cost is value for money without being the cheapest option but it is not an expensive option either.
