★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away! We bought a very expensive table from them but when we went back to the store to ask for a minor adjustment they told us it would cost $400usd. My husband realized as he was signing the receipt that the amount wasn’t 400 pesos as he thought and immediately asked to cancel the service call. They said it was impossible to reverse snd we’d have to ask our bank to reverse it and they would approve the reversal . So that’s what our bank did but then told us that the store refused to accept the reversal! It took us 4 months of calls and visits to finally get a gift card for the amount , not a refund . In the end my husband was able to do the modification himself in about 20 minutes . Shameful behavior from a store that relies on tourists to succeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service! I have called, emailed and visited this place with no help supplied from them. They promise they will take care of the issue but never follow through!
I bought an expensive tv stand with carved doors last spring. We then closed our condo, which is fumigate monthly, until we arrived back in November. I then found evidence that termites were in the wood. I called immediately and then several times after, then emailed then went to see the owner.
They have done nothing to fix this situation!
DO NOT BUY ANY FURNITURE FROM THESE PEOPLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2:38pm on a Wednesday and the front desk guy wouldn’t let me look at anything because he was on his lunch break. They apparently have to guard you while you shop. I am a business owner and i even offered to leave my bag at the desk. He said no and to come back in and hour and a half. I drove 30 minutes to buy furniture and that’s his response

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They picked up my shipment in Texas and brought it to my location in Mexico. My shipment was my art equipment and tools for my work. So this was a extra heavy shipment and difficult to move. They did a great job and the delivery men were exceptional and were very careful with my equipment. I am very happy to get all of my equipment delivered to my new home in Mexico. Good job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 Star Awesome rating! We bought $20k USD in furniture & custom parts from them in the Height of COVID. To be honest, I was a little skeptical about paying upfront for a delivery to be made in CA months away. Well, COVID's ugly head kept popping up and delaying delivery due to the border being closed. Pepe (the owner) kept us updated, and finally when he had enough, he figured out a way to get it over by paying more out of his pocket. The furniture is great, looks better than I had hoped. We had one small issue with damage, but his father is due in here today to either pick it up or repair it on site. A+++ rating, you won't go wrong with these guys!
