Fui contratado como pintor oficial...y siempre me tuvieron como si fuera un chalĂĄn haciĂ©ndome sentir como si fuera un inĂștil.Una falta de respeto.y siempre me dejaba salir tarde un supervisor de ellos. Personas llenas de egocĂ©ntrismo.
Dan Ăłrdenes exigiendote trabajo cuando realmente no te dan las herramientas necesarias como el Peine o opositector. Tienes que andarlos consiguiendo hay compañeros que se adueñan de estĂĄs herramientas y te perjudican egoĂstamente.
La supervisión es muy precaria .... La cuål dan una orden te obstaculizan y después regresan exigiendo trabajo culpandote de que no haz echo nada. Haciéndote que dar mal parado ante su jefe de taller.mientras ellos quedan muy bien.
Otra de las cosas que no me gustĂł. Es que nunca recibĂ informaciĂłn sobre mi nĂłmina ni horas extras.trabajadas. (falta de responsabilidad y profesionalismo).
Para mĂ fue una mala experiencia dĂłnde no me dejaron desarrollarme ni el uno x ciento. OjalĂĄ y ustedes puedan tener mejor suerte!!.
 I did not like the experience lived within this company. I was hired as an official painter...and they always treated me as if I were a horse, making me feel like I was useless. It was disrespectful. And one of their supervisors always let me go out late. People full of egocentrism.
They give orders demanding you work when they really don't give you the necessary tools like the Comb or opponent. You have to go around getting them, there are colleagues who take over these tools and selfishly harm you.
The supervision is very precariousâŠ. They give you an order, hinder you and then come back demanding work, blaming you for not having done anything. Making you look bad in front of their workshop manager, while they look very good.
Another thing I didn't like. I never received information about my payroll or overtime hours worked. (lack of responsibility and professionalism).
For me it was a bad experience where they didn't let me develop even one percent. Hopefully you can have better luck!
