★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagué por una lona e impreso etiquetas de vinilo en Nuevo Vallarta hace más de un mes. Se dijo que tenía que ser impreso en Guadalajara , pero estaría listo la próxima semana.
Cuando volví en coche (yo vivo a 3 horas de Nuevo Vallarta ) dijeron que se olvidaron de enviar. Yo iba para Ajijic para el verano , ya que somos los vendedores y necesitaba la lona y etiquetas .
Dijeron que iban a enviar a Ajijic . Todavía no he recibido mi producto. No muy contento con la falta de correspondencia y servicio.
I paid for a canvas and printed vinyl labels in Nuevo Vallarta over a month ago. It was said that it had to be printed in Guadalajara, but it would be ready next week.
When I returned by car (I live 3 hours from Nuevo Vallarta) they said they forgot to send. I was going to Ajijic for the summer, since we are the sellers and I needed the canvas and labels.
They said they were going to send Ajijic. I still have not received my product. Not very happy with the lack of correspondence and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio deficiente, se tardaron 50 minutos en entregar y eso que no había personas , en mi caso fue una mala organización del diseñador que me tomó pedido y el chico del mostrador muy amable teniedo que resolver las fallas de su compañero.
Poor service, it took 50 minutes to deliver and that there were no people, in my case it was a bad organization of the designer who asked me and the guy at the counter very kindly had to solve the failures of his partner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, nadie te confirma de recibido por correo, hablas por teléfono y tampoco te dan solución de nada, haces el pago del anticipo y tampoco tienen la atención de responderte, mucho menos te dicen cuando te entregan tu material, tiene uno que estar buscando a la gente para que te den respuesta, se les "olvida tu pedido o no saben que pasó", en fin una perdida total de tiempo, evitense solicitar cualquier cosa con esta empresa, cero seriedad y profesionalismo.
Terrible attention, nobody confirms receipt by mail, you talk on the phone and they don't give you a solution for anything, you make the advance payment and they don't care to answer you, much less tell you when they deliver your material, you have one to be looking for to people to give you an answer, they "forget your request or they don't know what happened", in short, a total waste of time, avoid requesting anything with this company, zero seriousness and professionalism.
