★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas Tardes: CR-Fact y/o Toma Uno, son una empresa que se hace pasar por honesta y legal, pero realmente son ABUSADORES, RATEROS Y ESTAFADORES, me otorgaron un crédito, me sucedió un siniestro, ellos mediante G.P.S que yo pago mes a mes, lo Recuperaron, ahora me dan puras largas para resolver una cita, para que me devuelvan mi vehículo, y ahora ellos no me quieren hacer valido el contrato que firme, y quieren que pague la totalidad del crédito o que siga pagando el coche y ellos lo guardan hasta que liquide, lo cual considero un abuso y estafa por su parte, ya que como voy a pagar por un coche que no estoy utilizando y además eso no dice en ninguna de las Clausulas del Contrato.
MUCHO CUIDADO!!! si con ellos sacas un crédito, te sucede un siniestro, te das cuenta que no Tienes Derechos sobre el coche, pierdes tu dinero del enganche y mensualidades, pierdes el coche, y por ultimo ellos te dicen que sigas pagando hasta liquidar y ellos te cuidan el coche hasta que lo pagues.
Me sucedió en Guadalajara, Jalisco.
Good Afternoon: CR-Fact and / or Take One, they are a company that pretends to be honest and legal, but they are really ABUSERS, RATORS AND SCAMBERS, they granted me a credit, an accident happened to me, they via GPS that I pay month a month, they recovered it, now they give me long cigars to settle an appointment, so that they return my vehicle to me, and now they don't want to make me valid the contract that I sign, and they want me to pay the entire credit or to continue paying the car and they keep it until it liquidates, which I consider an abuse and scam on their part, since as I am going to pay for a car that I am not using and also that does not say in any of the Contract Clauses.
GREAT CARE!!! If you take out a credit with them, an accident happens to you, you realize that you do not have rights on the car, you lose your money from the hitch and monthly payments, you lose the car, and finally they tell you to continue paying until liquidated and they take care of you the car until you pay for it.
It happened to me in Guadalajara, Jalisco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia nos hicieron firmar un contrato a ojos cerrados y lo peor de todo nunca se hicieron responsables de nada nos quitaron una llave del coche hace un mes tuvimos un accidente y como liquidamos antes de tiempo el crédito la aseguradora no se quiso hacer responsable con un contrato vigente y la doto que aparece en mi publicación es el número de la gerente la cual al momento de mi siniestro solo me ignoro así debería de aver e ignorado cuando les regale 71500 de interés por seis meces de crédito confío más en pedirle prestado a cualquier desconocido que a esa financiera sin duda alguna ni la gerente Anabel ni nadie de ahí da la cara nunca en los cinco problemas que tuve jamás dieron la cara muy mala experiencia una pesadilla cualquier crédito con ustedes

(Veintemil pesos) cuando uno lo puede hacer y no gastas $5000. No lo dejan hacer pues el carro esta a nombre de ellos. NO COMPREN PROBLEMAS, NO COMPREN PROBLEMAS.
Para opinar tuve que dar una estrella pero no se merece ni una.
