Solo me estafaron y no se hicieron responsables de mi siniestro, terminare arreglando mi auto por mi cuenta. Me llevo un muy mal sabor de boca con lo poco de experiencia que tuve con ellos. Deberían poner mucha más atención a sus números de emergencia que sea más fácil contactarlos, tampoco por la aplicación me fue posible porque indica el mismo número fuera de servicio. Afortunadamente tenía el número de un asesor cuando di de alta el seguro. Tenía mi póliza con ellos, de un día para otro la cancelan sin hacerme algún aviso previo, me enteré de esto varios días después de haber sido cancelada pues ingrese a la app y ahí veo "Póliza Cancelada" Intento contactar a servicio al cliente, vía telefónica no responden, en redes sociales tampoco responden, en la App hay un apartado para contactarles pero nunca hay agentes disponibles. Es una gran irresponsabilidad de esta empresa el cancelar pólizas así como así, me pudo haber metido en un gran problema en caso de algun incidente. Terminé cambiando mi póliza a otra compañía, en este caso fue Miituo, empresa que ya conozco pues otro de mis autos se encuentra asegurada con ellos desde hace más de 3 años sin problema alguno. Terrible service, I do NOT recommend it at all. Es común que la aplicación no funcione y en el chat casi nunca te atienden. Tratan de hacerte caer con una cotización y generación rápida, pero cuando tú necesitas algo es casi IMPOSIBLE resolverlo. Estas avisado. Checa la respuesta de la empresa: Antes de contratar en este servicio "100% digital" debes leer las condiciones y letra chica. Después de 30 - 60 minutos de agradable lectura llegarás a la misma conclusión que comento arriba. ALERT SEE BEFORE YOU BUY This company offers you "low" prices, however it has conditions (requirements that it asks you for when you made the purchase) in the fine print that if you have a claim they use to not pay you (clause 14 or 18 or 20).
